DISPATCH TIME
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on weekends or national holidays are dispatched within 48 hours. You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.

TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. Use this link to monitor your shipment in real time.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Address changes can be accommodated before dispatch. Contact us immediately at onifit000@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 7300011277 if you need to update your delivery address.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item in your order goes out of stock after your order is placed, we will ship the available items and contact you regarding the unavailable item. You may choose to wait for restocking or receive a refund for that item.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for post-dispatch options.
DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, reject it at the time of delivery if possible. If already accepted, contact us within 24 hours with an unboxing video as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
TAXES
All displayed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. No additional tax is charged at checkout.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
While we maintain accurate stock counts, occasional discrepancies may occur. In such cases we will notify you immediately and process a full refund for unavailable items.
