RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Onifit, we want you to love what you wear. If something doesn't fit or feel right, we're here to help.


RETURN WINDOW We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


HOW TO START A RETURN Contact us at onifit000@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 7300011277 with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without first requesting a return — they will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for size or colour issues, subject to stock availability. The product must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags intact. Once we receive your item, we'll process your exchange within 3–5 working days.


DAMAGES & DEFECTIVE ITEMS If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with an unboxing video as proof. We'll make it right at no extra cost.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Items that are worn, washed, or without tags
  • Sale or discounted items (exchange only)
  • Items purchased with a promo/coupon code
  • Accessories and limited-edition items
  • Gift cards

REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Please note: A 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment gateway charges.

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
